Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Is it possible to have too many pumpkin recipes?  I don't think so!  I love pumpkin and I especially love when I can create something using pumpkin and it is healthy!

Today I am sharing my Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal recipe.  It is so easy to prepare (has to be... I like things to be quick and easy) and will make enough for a few days worth of breakfast for one person!  The addition of the yogurt, chia and hemp really ups the protein factor.  Of course I try to add matcha whenever I can :)
