Macaron Monday... May Flowers

I can't wait to see my little violets, forget-me-nots and other early spring flowers poking their heads out :)  Which is why I was drawn to this beautiful photo today.... (click on it for source)


What does it inspire you to create?  purple, flowers, tea, gold trim, embossing powder, glitter.... the list goes on.  Don't forget to play along.

It inspired me to go simple and challenge myself yet again to craft without pattern paper... takes me longer to do these types of cards than fussy cutting and paper piecing! LOL  Some of the flowers have been mounted on foam squares for dimension.  


I will definitely be playing with this stamp set more often :)

    Lovely inspiration photo led to a lovely card. Delicate and pretty! Isn't is interesting what slows some of us down and what doesn't? I'm always questioning which papers look good together! :)
